For years, I battled anxiety, low self-worth, and an overwhelming pressure to look a certain way. I thought if I could just get lean enough, be disciplined enough, or follow the “perfect” plan, then I’d finally feel confident. I’d finally be happy.
But the truth is — I was stuck in an exhausting cycle. I'd go all in, restrict, overtrain, then crash and burn. I was constantly starting over, feeling like a failure when I couldn’t keep up with unrealistic routines.
